Our service portfolio reaches from transaction structuring, negotion with lawyers, banks, rating agencies etc. towards setting-up an adequate internal and external reporting.

We are drafting a sustainable refinancing strategy that ensures indepence form particular instruments and refinancing partners by mixing the instruments and partners that fit to your business model. Especially when taking the current market mismatches and turbulences within certain segments as well as the risk that refinancing partners suddenly resign into account such independence is an essential competitive advantage.

Additionally we are working on a platform concept that allows leasing firms to receive refinancing with volumes between 10 - 50 Mio. € p.a. outside the banking sector. We are taking over approaching investors and placement.
